Poor service and insensitive treatment

I have been blacklisted for an incorrect billing during and post my contract termination with them. Instead of investigating the matter as I had requested however they handed me over after my attempts to resolve the matter being sent from pillar to post . As a result, I cannot access credit facilities, I am stuck and no one is willing to assist me, including the collectore.
