Poor service and incorrectly billed

Pathetic service, it is impossible to get in contact with a human for assistance, everything is self service and Ai responses or prompts. Even when calling in, you are sent a link to do self service and the call is ended. My profile is also locked on the website because of 5 security questions telling me I own properties which my answers were no, they then said security question failed and profile locked.
