Poor Service and incorrect billing

I cancelled my cell phone insurance and received a confirmation email that my insurance was cancelled but i am still being billed for the "cancelled insurance" i have been sending numerous email to telkominfo email and with no luck. I received a reference number *** after that despite my numerous follow-up i am being completely ignored. Your service is very poor please resolve my query.
