Poor service and *********** management
<p>I booked my fone for repairs in 29-12-2015 they be my fone shud be fixed in 21 days till today my fone is not back , went to complain 10 times , sent emails only to be they have no idea where's my fone its 6 months now paying R500 for something I don't have with me it really stressing course I can't buy another fone course im busy paying. No one from the shop is calling me updating me about the were abouts of my fone</p>
Hi,so called telkom social media team responded privately 2 weeks ago , still today no1 called or emailed me I went to the shop yesterday the manager called kay he was not there even the lady called Tumi she was off , today no 1 called since I left the massage at shop .the fact of the matter is that I still pay Im not taken seriously , I even called the enquiries this lady told she Emailed the head office but still I am not helped this is so frustrating .can someone who knows her job contact me tell that they will replace my fone please
