Poor service and ***********

Wanted to cancel my services. These guys offered me an lte option. I went to their branch they cant assist me.I waited now it's almost 2nd month and you debuting me for service lm not using.

My ADSL has a fault the technicians said they wont fix it because they migrating to fibre. Now it's the 2nd month without internet and lm being debited for some f* service lm not using .

I want this service cancelled and have my money back.
