Poor Service and Incompetant Consultant.

Poor service and incompetant consultant, i had a contract for mobile router with Telkom and when that is paid up i was offered data contract and that contract was concelled while i was paying money each every month, i called telkom wanting to find out whats happening with my contract becourse i am paying but not receiving any statements then i was told by one of the consultant that my contract was cancelled and there is a refund and Telkom need to pay it back and a case was log in (***2) case number. I have been waiting for a month for my Refund to be paid back to my account till current nothing has been done. When i call in to ask about my case (***2) all consultant tells me that my refund has been paid back into my account and there is nothing else they can do, i have send banking statement to show that there is no money paid into my account and i am also send emails to all the consultant that i have been in contact with and there is no reponse i feel like Telkom they are ******. Can i please have my refund ASAP
