Poor service and ******* deductions

I cancelled my subscription on the 18th of May. The person who assisted me and confirmed the cancellation was Rhianno. We just discovered that the debit order continued through June and we have just been billed for July. It’s absolutely useless to try and call for service, because there’s no answer!
