Poor service and false sales pitch

I signed up with telkom on 11 May 2018 to have a fibre line installed in my house and more than a month the installation still hasn't been done after they promised during their sales pitch that they would install withing 21 days. I now do not have internet as i have been waiting on telkom for the new service
