POOR SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTI*****T

cellphone companies are very smart and have stories when they have to pay for your Phone. Telkom's insurance now has given me a phone for the value of 2500 but i have been paying insurance for a cover of R5000.00 now that they have to give me a R5000 phone after 20 months of paying them; They decide to give me this R2500 phone without even telling me. And telkom does not even communicate or give feedback. I have to call them all the time for feedback. I had to call them for 3 full weeks to deliver the new device and now .Now they saying they will come and collect the device but they do not give a specific date as to when. DO I HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN FOR 3 WEEKS TO COLLECT THE PHONE BECAUSE THE VALUE IS NOT THE AMOUNT THAT I WAS ADVICE? I AM GOING ON A HOLIDAY ON THE 20TH AND UNFORTUNATELY I WONT HAVE A PHONE TO CAPTURE THE MEMORIES,WELL DONE WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE!!
