Poor service and exorbitant prices

@Telkom I don't think you are in the business of helping people. I missed one payment and you charged me double plus interest on top of that. I had to ask for my invoice for 3 months from four different consultants. No one calls to speak about a possible payment plan (Toyota calls its clients and helps them, and they never charged triple when I miss a payment). How do you operate @Telkom?
