Poor service and empty promises

Last year on the 4th of October I purchased a contract phone that was supposed to come out with an R800 voucher till today I haven't received my voucher I was told that I would receive a message the next day with a link to claim my voucher till today I haven't received my voucher I went to the branch in Pinelands Cape Town and contacted the branch several times they keep telling me that the matter has been escalated the worst thing is that if I don't follow up no one bothers to feedback. I am disappointed and frustrated as I want to use that voucher to buy a screen protector and a pouch for my phone.
