Poor service and empty promises

<p>Hi,</p> <p>i bought pokect mobile rotter on telkom contract last year December.</p> <p>The rotter is not working up to now I report it since last year, with no luck all their saying they say my case is with network department that will communicate with me within 7 working days, witch they never did. </p> <p>Every month I get deducted R129 for 2G which I did not use expires every month. The rotter is huawei E533 Case number ********** 9.</p> <p>Its almost 3 months complain without any luck your intervention will be highly appreciated regarding these matter. </p> <p>I lost trust and faith in this company because they don't take their customers serious and I don't won't their services anymore </p>
