Poor service and delay on mobile repairs

On 24/08/2017 i took my cellphone in for repairs, it has been 3 weeks and my phone only went in on 12/09/2017 to get repaired. On 28/08/2017 the job was cancelled for no reason. On 05/09/2017 they opened it again. Why must i pay for a cellphone I'm not using and going to sit without a cellphone for almost 2 months because other people are not doing their jobs properly.
