Poor service and customer feedback

<p>After a few reviews on how poor the service from telkom has been they have responed to the complaint here and the lady by the name of Nolene said to reply to her email which i did and still to date one email and nothing after that reponse just stopped working on the complaint and problem the time wasted on telkom will that ever change would be nice to get some assistance than been transfered from one call center to another as they have so many call centers around South Africa. Have a problem will my bill they sent and sms for the money but havent sorted the problem out which started in march already </p>
