Poor service and communication

<p>I am so P****D off at the poor communication and service I got from telkom. According to first so called"technician" he relayed a completed brand new line to my house </p> <p>apperently now the line is faulty and they have to relay it after NEW LINE WAS INSTALLED </p> <p>Then to top it off they came out without informing me they coming while I'm in church on sunday morning </p> <p>the "Technician" as they are called tried calling my phone was off why? cos I am in church </p> <p>then i returned there call and they said they cant come out again I missed there call POOR</p> <p> </p> <p>However they demanding payment for WHAT a deadline </p> <p> </p> <p>my whole tv system and some bussiness emails comes through that line </p> <p> </p> <p>VERY VERY VERY POOR Service </p> <p>Highly Upset Client </p> <p> </p> <p>If you dont respond I will make this bigger </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
