poor service and bad attitude

sme were in october 2015 i had went to telkom in wonder park and app**** for a mible contract t with the company .i was told by sales guy named thabo ill be notified immediately when it is approved .weeks went by i did not get any respond from telkom during the month of december 2015. I went back to telkom to inquire and only to find that my application was approved and actualy i had a contract runnig for the second month then but the sales people gave me an excuse tht they couldnot get hold of me and the process of cancellation was already in progress that was in december .month end december telkom didacted my account for the previous two months when i enquired i was told that i was going to be refunded...its now towards the end of january the process of cancellation is still nt finallised when it was suppose to take only 21 days and there is a debit orde coming form telkom january 2016.when i went to enquire now another sales guy with a very bad attitude told me tht i cant be assisted until the process is finalysed in the meantime im gona keep on payin for smething i never had.. trying to call the manager by the name Mbulelo was in vain as the phone rang unaswered...
