Poor service and bad attitude

I was offered a HUAWEI Mobile WIFI ? by Telkom. Upon receiving the device I noticed the data they loaded do not work in my area since I am roaming. I phoned telkom withing 7 Days to cancel the contract since its not what they promised me. I was thrown from corner to corner by telkom agents even today I am stuck with a device that I can not use.
