Poor service and assistance

***** case - somebody took out a contract on my name. Struggle to sort it out since January 2022. Absolutely ridiculously. They just tell me every time they will follow up with my reference nr but nothing happens. It cost me money now to dispute and reverse the debit order with my bank monthly.
