Poor service and arrogance at telkom

I have been calling these bunch of *********** people to activate international calls on my 012 number, been sent from pillar to post until I decided to go to their brunch in Pretoria North. The send the request through but nothing happened. I called again to make follow-up and I was told yo send another email (third one this time) with my ID attached to it which I did. The following morning I'm received the message saying I must go the brach yo apply for that.
