Poor service and account management from Telkom

I last had a contract taken out almost 10 years ago and paid it off for a cellphone.For sometime I keep receiving a bill on SMS's with account no *** saying that I owe Telkom I have tried to contact Telkom many times and each time I get to a dead end.I do not have an account with Telkom and here I am being thrown with a bill and threats for blacklisting.Can you assist that this thing is resolved.
