Poor service and a ****
Telkom is a **** and i wound never advise anyone to use their services as a service provider . Telkom over debited my account and i was told to submit , documents for the refund to be done. When i followed up i was told my case was closed and i needed to submit the same docs i had submitted before . I mean this is totally unacceptable and nonsensical . I need my refund ASAP. i struggled cancelling my contract with these guys and now i need to struggle to get my money back . The number of complaints on this platform is appalling

19 Sept 2025, 09:57I received another sms from Telkom saying my case has been closed . Can someone take it upon themselves to provide me with feedback . Dealing with Telkom is so painful that i regret taking contracts with them, i have 3 contracts with this telecommunication company and i regret every minutes of being with them . I was interested in upgrade but decided to not upgrade after my horrible experience with them . Even their staff member's are not helpful when you visit their Telkom branch . They should just close shop, they are quick to sell you something but when it comes to service you will beg for service that you are paying them for .
