Poor service again and again

I'm having endless issues with Telkom - After numerous confirmations that a 10meg, 50 gig adsl line will be installed, it hasn't been done. When calling the call centre, you wait at least 30 mins before the call is answered and still, it is a waste of time as the consultants seem to be clueless. You are transferred from one dept to another to no avail. I eventually decided to stay with my current 4 meg, 20 gig line because of absolutely poor service and still they haven't delivered the sim cards. They have confused my order and cannot seem to rectify the matter. I've even complained on Telkom's website and in their sms survey as well as telephonic surveys but have had no responses.
