poor service after being a loyal client for around 8 years.

Technical service is terrible and shocking. Cable has been threaded through trees instead of being connected to pole in the corner of yard. The same cable is joined in mid air and almost lying on neighbors road verge. This has been an on going for the past 6 months. call outs kept getting cancelled. didn't receive bills for over 6 months, and now my line has been suspended due to an outstanding amount.
