Poor service, account billed but data not received

Poor service, firstly they do false adverti*****ts, they tell you.. You will get 10gb for 24months wheres you will only get 500mb and you will only realize late now, my contracts were not loaded data for this month but they billed my account. You hold forever to get assistance. Not impressed and definitely not recommending telkom contracts... Will be terminating my contracts soon
