Poor service

Telkom suspended my account due to non payment, I get that, they then debited my account for the balance owed, My account still suspended. When I call their system shows I do not owe but the sister I spoke to NEO, she cant unsuspend my acc, instead she gave me number for collections. Where I spoke to a rude lady whom I didnt get her name. She just said we cant help you , telkom must help you. Who supposed to help me Telkom, this back and forth I dont have time for.
