Poor Service

Very disappointed with the service, Telkom contracts penalize you R202 for a failed debit order even after EFT payment about 2 days after debit date. As I got a wi-fi router and sim contract and have always paid on time but due to technical issues with changing banks and the lockdown I was forced to EFT payment for last two months.
