Poor service

M not happy about Telkom service. I bought my 2g data around 5august which is suppose to last for two months depending on usage. Surprisingly on the 26aug I lost every thing my sms , Telkom free minutes, watsapp data and once off data which was not used up. Tried to complain several times but the keep on saying I should try later, it’s the third day now. They haven’t rectified the problem. Really Telkom is giving us poor service. I want my data
