Poor service

Had a very bad experience with telcom @ century city, took a phone contract with them , consultant Alecia Majali never advised me that they only have black colour on Y9 I was interested in and that displayed, she went ahead with the process and came with this black phone which I refused to take because I was interested in a black one, she then cancelled the whole contract instead of just the phone and then I liable to pay that phone because the billing department believed I breached the contract, been up and down since October last year till today, my problem not resolved, the worst part is that the manager Mr Hickey Tdoes even want to come and see me when I'm in store and ask to see him, not even responding to my emails,he just sends his subordinates that fail to solve my problem .
