Poor service

Last month I had a problem with Telkom where by they didn't not debited their money and they want to over charge me and they not giving me my package that I signed for. The is Gentleman who call me regarding this from telkom head office and he promise to sort this matter out. He didn't sort it out because I still have the same problem they didn't debit their money and they keep on sending me wrong package . I really don't know what to do with telkom because when you call their customer care number no one is willing to assist.

TELKOM IS A USELESS COMPANY AND THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE.
