Poor service

Am a very loyal customer to telkom and I have being using it for a while, but the experience am get from them is not good. When it comes to the monice data. I always get the expensive one and worse those expensive one only for few days. I never got option for 30 day, I only get for 5days or 7days. I end up buying free me. Because of being treated unfairly
