Poor service

I purchased monice data and received acknowledgement sms but the purchase was not processed. Being afraid to purchase again i called telkom and spoke to Celiwe. I explained my predicament which she understood however dismissed and hung up the phone on my ears whilst i was busy trying to understand why she said i should wait for two hours or 24 hours whereas i have already waited for over two hours. Poor service indeed. Am just so disgusted with the way she handled the issue.
