poor service
I've requested an early termination figure from Telkom Mobile via e-mail on the 10th of June 2014. In view of the fact that I haven't received any feedback, not even an e-mail notification, I called the call centre again and the only answer,with arrogance, was that they have 21 to 30 business days to respond to my request!!!
