Poor service

I called customer care of telkom asking if data bought from monice can be shared, the lady who answered the phone said yes it can be shared. I bought data and try to share I couldn't. I contacted telkom customer care again, the lady who answered the phone said I can't share it. I asked her what do I do now that I was misled to buy data that I can't share? She answered by saying I can't talk on behalf others. I requested to speak to her manager she came back and say she is busy she will call me back. I told her that will never happen with my experience with telkom they don't return calls, they don't care about providing quality customer service
