Poor service

Telkom has rendered the poorest of service. I have been paying for this account monthly and always keeping the account up to date, however whenever I call the call center consultants are not professional, neither are they educated enough to help me resolve my query without transferring my call or cutting it or giving me a reference which doesn't even get fulfilled, its been months now and the wifi connection has been slow and so poor. I am not getting anywhere with telkom
