Poor service

I have got a problem with Telkom mobile insurance ,I Samkelo Mayekiso *** that was water damage and I am paying my contract each an every month but haven't received my divice and I paid access fee.i am really struggling with out phone because it's been 3months with out cellphone.i am really disappointed with Telkom I would advise anyone to stay away from Telkom because of poor service
