Poor service

Good day I cancelled a contract with Telkom in April already the device were even collected received confirmation of the cancelation next thing debits went off on my account for this same cancelled contract. Two months down the line with numerous attempts from me to Telkom with this regard still they did not resolve my queries now they suspended my service imagine the nerve of this idiots. Reallt the service we receive from this *********** people.
