Poor service!!!

I ordered a phone line to be installed at my home on 20 May. They promised within 7-10 work days it will be done. I received a sms to say the technician will be there on 29 May. He did come. He looked around and said that he is late for a party. It is too much work to do it now. He will come on Monday, 1 June. He never came. I called again on Tuesday, 2 June. This time they promised it will be done on 4 or 5 June. No-one came. I just called. Nothing has been logged for my service. Now they promise 11 June... It is unacceptable!!!
