Poor service

I purchased R155 worth of Telkom airtime and had it converted to data on Friday July 24th. It's been five days and I still haven't been able to have access to my data. I've called numerous consultants to seek assistance and still haven't received my data. These are the consultants I have spoken to, Denisele, Vusibilo Maseko, Pamela Mbacha, Boipelo Maseko and Katsele Radebe. Boipelo Maseko and Pamela Mbacha were the consultants who blatantly hung up on me. The manager Finenhlanla Thabetsi was supposed to get back to me telephonically but failed in doing so. I was told to wait 48hrs, and I still haven't received any assistance.
