POOR SERVICE

Telkom in Pinetown in Pine Crest Mall has poor service, I did my upgrade there, Now I can’t do a sim swap for the same upgrade, They tell me the system is down every time I go there, The line is always full, Customers don’t helped, I Still haven’t done a sim swap, yet I’m paying for the data and minutes, I’m using a phone with no sim.
