Poor service

My router was suspended and I've paid the money due to the company two week ago. And I was promised that the internet will be up in running in the next 48 hours. But my router is still not working. I went to the store in N1 city and numerous fone calls promising that its gonna be escalated. Since today even though it went up the rank nothing has happened.
