Poor service

Disappointed with service that I received from Telkom .I have refund that have been sending documents as per the consultanted request.from the 10th of January .I have requested to speak to mangers no Joye.if you send emails the Telkom staff members don't acknowledgement or respond . Telkom is big company to hire such employees
