Poor Service

Signed up a Telkom Broadband 40 gig which I signed up March 2020,Got my wifi router only to find out that an incorrect package has been activated, called Telkom and i was advised to call Mongo and back and forth, till now I have a package which I am stuck with and have called and no one comes back to me with regards to the complaint. Really annoyed!!!
