Poor service.

I took a contract with Telkom in December2020,my phone screen broke in May 2021. I took my phone to Telkom outlet as its still under warranty. I received a call that they wont fix my phone as I took it to unauthorized personnel which i did not. I am now being told to pay R189 for call out fee. I am disappointed with the service.
