poor service

good day.

i have a contract deal with Telkom however they did not debit as it should as i have opted for last day of the month. i have been trying to get hold of them but no one is available for assisting. me. if they dont debit by today midday then i wont pay twice next month, its so unprefessional of theier system too, they do not have an email comm where i would have sent it yesterday and even today i have been calling their tell free number but no one to assist me(picking up). what even worse the closest store closes at 5pm and thats the exact time i knock off.
