Poor Service

Very bad service.. I have to every time follow up and phone asking what is going on. I took out a data sim card contract for R99 per month. Saw weird transactions on my account. Sent emails no response. When I phoned they said there is 5 sim cards linked to this contract to which I said no, was told someone would phone back. Nothing. I just got a sms saying case closed. That problem is on my side. This is unacceptable
