Poor service

I want to launch a complain about telkom with their poor service. I bought a router last year September and on delivery the router wasn't connecting to the the network due to poor service I asked them to cancel my order cause I was within my cooling off period but to date they haven't done it... I made plenty calls to them but still getting billed for something I don't want anymore.
