Poor Service

I app**** for a cellphone contract on Friday and yesterday received an sms to say pre-approved.then last night my account is debited R249.00.This morning i still receive the pre-approved sms.I try to call 10213 to no avail.Then i opt for the chat service.I chat to Pinky and she advises that it was a test debit,with my money,without informing me,without my permission. This needs to be sent to ombudsman.
