Poor Service

Trying to upgrade my contract is an absolute nightmare with Telkom firstly, their own staff does not know how to carry out this, i have been asked to call so many departments and they all keep asking me to call a different department until i was told to go to the store or do it on the webiste by clicking upgrade

i went on the site to click upgrade, and nothing happens, i gave it a while and still. the service from telkom is absolutely pathetic and their dialing options is ridiculous

every call i was on, i asked to speak to the manager or Team leader and was told they cant make transfer calls...shocking!

sad to deal with them, and the level of frustration that i am at right now is to pay whatever fee to get out of this company! Cant wait to migrate to a different service provider!
