Poor service
I received a notice of outstanding amounts and requested a statement be sent to me as this is not the first time a service provider have wrongfully charged me where my account has been cancelled. Still awaiting feedback. Apparently with deb collectors.

23 Aug 2022, 12:47I've sent messages on the so-called WhatsApp line, with the only response being I have to pay. I then requested statements, where now I'm just being ignored. My credit record is suffering due to this. I've had enough
