Poor service

I had missed a payment in February which i had paid the following month only to find out that they handed my account to their debt collectors... i had tried to resolve this matter with them and they always telling me its resolved yet they do not come and collect their money after i get paid and i have to make an EFT payment. Last month they did not deduct their installment for whatever reason known to them but me then this month on the 23rd they debited twice the amount which is for August and September and after so doing they suspended my services. I tried calling them around 10am and i was told my services will be reinstated in 5hour but i can't used use my service even now. I am tired of the lies of this people, i have been tolerating nonsense and no one wants to be accountable. This is poor service they subjecting me to.
